Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryso we can help make it right.

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping box (if applicable)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your carrier first. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivered packages, we’ll do our best to assist with next steps.
