WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

7 to 10 business and a maximum of 15 business days.

If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please do not hesitate to contact us and provide your order number to expedite the process.

SHIPPING POLICY

All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.- We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
