Shipping Address Accuracy

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check your mailbox, building mail area, and with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly for the quickest resolution
