Candle Care

  • Trim wick to 1/8" before each burn.

  • Allow wax to fully pool across the top to avoid tunneling.

  • Burn no more than 3 hours at a time. Cool before relighting.

  • Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable objects.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Stop burning when 1/2" of wax remains.

  • Use a snuffer to safely extinguish flame.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will ship and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or weather conditions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Check your mailbox, building mail area, and with neighbors
  • Contact the carrier directly for the quickest resolution
